Convenience to bus stops and centre.

It lacks any warmth in its decor which makes it feel purely like a business stopover hotel only. The bathroom facilities showed this too- not even a hook to hang a towel. The water wasnt hot enough and the pressure was poor in room 109. The lack of double glazing meant the noise from the road made for a sleepless night.

We ate at a nice restaurant with the dinner we had at the same resturant: D

The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool, but our experience was marred by frequent issues with the room keys and noisy surroundings, making relaxation difficult.

really good stay during cataratas visit. exceptionally clean hotel in a very large building short walk to foz do iguacu int airport, the brazilian side of the waterfalls and the border crossing between argentina and brazil, the national park where the cataratas falls can be visited, and the restaurant.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I ordered room service and they were fast and the order was accurate, quality of the food was good.

The location turned out to be particularly good and unbeatable, close to taxi to airport as well as the restaurant. Had brand-new, reasonably large room with comfortable beds and bathroom and TV. The breakfast was delicious and amazing, the check in was early.

Tbh Wi-Fi connection was slow, and the bed was a bit hard.

Modern hotel, very amiable staff, unbeatable location in the city center. Extensive breakfast even on a strict diet, with good food.

Breakfast was good. Minibar worked well as a refrigerator.

Over priced. Insufficient/inefficient room air conditioning. Charge for internet---absurd in this day and age. Wanted chilled white wine on arrival---no reasonable choice available. No coffee other than espresso in the bar. Was an OK room, certainly not "luxurious."

The location was very good and it had great facilities. It is a perfect spot for the falls and the airport. Can't see why people would chose to stay in the city.

Not the hotel's fault but all the taxi drivers nearby were inclined to rip you off. The hotel was quite expensive although the service was very good.

The hotel has spacious rooms with a comfortable layout. The staff were attentive. I appreciated the beautiful garden view.

The hotel overall lacks some modern amenities.

I booked luxury room. but that was not luxury like pictures show in the booking com. The hotel promotes they have transportation from airport to the hotel, but they offered only check-in. After check-out, they didn't care at all. There is the travel agent in the hotel. they were not helpful to us. The reception and the agent looked to cheat us about the price. Location is also very bad. Located between the city center and national park is inconvenient to go both side.

My stay was very nice with friendly staff, delicious breakfast with local specialties, and a stunning pool area. I'd definitely come back again!

It was easy to get to the falls, the main town and to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and spacious after a long day sight seeing.

The staff tried to be helpful but not many spoke english which was difficult. The hotel doesn't organise group tours to falls, only a private car that can take you which is expensive. We had to arrange a group trip to the falls through Hostel International. This was more cost efficient.
